Worst customer service I've experienced at a dispensary. There is a man who works behind the counter who has no idea what he has in stock. I asked him if they had my favorite brand of gummies and he said they were sold out. As I was looking through the store I found the brand was still available. I said, "Dude, you said you were sold out and I'm seeing you have the brand." He said "chill out big dog." (That's no way to respond to a customer). I said: "You work here, you should know your inventory." Before this exchange, when I initially asked him to help me with finding something, he seemed disinterested and was more concerned about talking to his friend. This guy does not belong in customer service. Would never step foot in here again. This guy should be fired.

Really appreciate the kindness that we have found at this place from the people who work here as well as the product quality and price range offered. We thank the sweet greeters, and knowledgeable staff, including Jeri, Blu, Dres and others !!! (Sorry we forgot names 💛✌️)

Very convenient and a nice selection, first choice with not being scammed because I noticed other weed stores likes taxing their product.

Having been to a number of dispensaries in several states, I just am not a huge fan. Obviously there's probably something here for you if you look. But I find the prices exorbitant. I know it's NY but I have easily found quality ounces in NY for between $50-100 and I buy my regular weed now by the oz for between $30-60. (Not in NY) Seeing single grams of FLOWER go for 50 dollars is astonishing, even if they were infused. Because again, infused flower and pre-rolls can be easily gotten for between 10-20 bucks for up to multiple grams. But I'm also just not generally impressed with the selection. Their flower selection, for as much as they're charging is extremely lacking. The store feels very cold as others have said, which I know some shops like to go for that cold, medicinal vibe. But I find most smokers prefer to feel comfortable, like they're at home with friends. Our current spot has the most friendly budtenders, awesome specials, wide variety of products and strains between types of products along with rewards for returning customers/frequent spenders, it encourages people to come in and come back in. We've recommended it to close to a dozen people. I think the owners need

They've just opened so there's a few issues to iron out (they currently only accept cash, their supply is limited) but being that they're fresh out of the oven I know this is temporary and I'm very happy to help them get going. Clean, spacious setup. What limited supply they have is good quality. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I absolutely recommend trying the Ayrloom sparkling waters! It's a neat and different way to experience it. I'll definitely be going back 🌟
